Before Your Appointment:
Call to schedule an appointment.
You will then receive an email with instructions and document checklists you will need to complete the retirement process. You can get started ahead of time by downloading the checklists here.
*In the event of a needed appointment reschedule call as soon as possible!
During Your Appointment:
I will review the documentation and calculate the amount of your retirement.
If you plan on retiring within 90 days of your appointment I will fill out your retirement paperwork and send you home with it at that appointment slot.
If you are planning retiring outside of 90 days of your appointment I will fill out your retirement paperwork and schedule another appointment for a time that is closer to your retirement date.
After Your Appointment:
Send the signed packet to your correct federal office for your retirement.
Wait 3 to 5 months for your full check after the retirement is finalized.
